أعلن جهاز تنظيم مرفق الاتصالات انه سيتم تعديل جميع أرقام
المحمول فى شركات الاتصالات الثلاثة بإضافة رقم زيادة على الأرقام الحالية.
الـ 010 و 012 و011 و 016 و 019 و 018 و014 و 017

As announced by the NTRA, all mobile numbers will have an extra digit
added to them for all mobile operators in Egypt. The exact effective
date for this change will be communicated to you later along with
solutions Mobinil has devised to update all the numbers saved on your
mobiles in an effort to make this transition convenient and easy you
